*Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential portfolio within the Real Estate and Property Management sector. This pivotal role involves ensuring the financial performance and physical condition of the properties while fostering positive relationships with residents and stakeholders. The successful candidate will drive leasing activities, manage maintenance workflows, and uphold high standards of service to maximize asset value and tenant satisfaction.

*Responsibilities*

*   Oversee the full leasing cycle, including marketing vacant units, screening prospective tenants, and executing lease agreements.

*   Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain the physical condition of the facilities.

*   Coordinate and supervise routine maintenance requests and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and preserve asset integrity.

*   Manage tenant communications, addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

*   Monitor budget performance, collect rent payments, and prepare financial reports regarding occupancy rates and operational expenses.

*Requirements*

*   Proven experience in the Real Estate or Property Management industry.
